What happens after I send my brief?
Every enquiry is read personally by a senior consultant — not by a sales development representative or junior associate — with a reply within one business day. When the brief maps to work we can execute well, that reply proposes a 30-minute exploratory call to confirm scope and fit. When it does not, we say so directly and, where possible, recommend a better-suited partner.
Do you work with single-site operators or only multinational groups?
Both. Engagements range from single-site assessments for independent operators and family-owned manufacturers through to multi-site programmes for multinational groups. The methodology applied is the same in either case — what scales with the operation is the team, the cadence, and the governance, not the rigour of the work.
Which regions and languages do you cover?
On-site engagements are delivered across Europe, with select engagements in the Americas, Africa, and Asia. The working languages for assessments and consulting are English and Hungarian. For larger transformation programmes, the delivery team is extended with native-speaking specialists so that operational discussions can take place directly in the language of the shop floor.
How is a typical engagement structured and priced?
Most engagements begin with a fixed-scope assessment — typically two to four weeks — that delivers a prioritised set of improvement areas with quantified opportunities and an indicative business case. From there, the work can continue in one of two ways: as a defined consulting engagement, where we advise and your team executes, or as a managed transformation, where accountability for the outcomes sits jointly with us. Scope, deliverables, and commercial terms are agreed in writing before any phase begins.
Can we share confidential details before signing an NDA?
We send our standard mutual NDA within a day of your first reply, and we are comfortable working under yours. No information leaves the room without your explicit written approval.
